Shipping Policy

Packaging

All frames will be packaged in recycled cardboard boxes with protective bubble wrap.

Return & Exchange Policy

Products can be returned if they have been damaged in Transit, as long as the damage is noted on the day of delivery and a photo is provided of the damage.

If damage is caused by general wear and tear within the first 3 months a full refund will be given, a new frame can be provided (The frame will be the same colour and size as the original with no exceptions) or an exchange can be made for another product of the same value free of charge. When returns frames please provide a small statement on the headed paper provided explaining how the damaged was caused and provide photos of the damage via email. 

Unfortunately we cannot exchange pre-made frames with custom designs free of charge, and the price will be confirmed prior to final agreement between both parties.

Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be fully processed. An email or Text message will be sent to you to confirm the return has arrived back with us successfully, and another email or text message will be sent when your refund has been made, or your exchange is ready to be sent.
